Well, I'm still trying to put my website together (currently the only link I have in my cool links on the right). Trying to get tech support on the phone is like pulling teeth and when they call me back? I'm sitting on the toilet!!

Isn't that how life goes, though?

Ah, well. Tomorrow's another day. I just wish I could get that website up and fully running. I'd really like to get it to the point that it is my primary income...

LOL, like that's going to happen any time soon. Can you tell I'm a little "glass half empty" today?

Welcome to my blog.

I'm pretty new to this whole blogging thing, so please bear with me.

I guess I should start with a little about me.

I'm "over the hill" (40) but still a kid at heart. I like going scooter riding with my son, I like taking my Jeep off road. I listen to music some would find offensive, yet I get chills listening to a good opera. I'm pretty much a mixed bag of tricks.

I'm a pretty technical kind of person. I like to see how things work. I was always getting into trouble with my parents because I seemed to always have something torn apart to look inside. Problem was, sometimes this involved things like the family TV! I ended up as an electronics technician in the US Navy doing what I was best at - tearing apart electronic items and putting them back together. Hopefully in full working order when I was done...

I have the artistic talent of a dead carrot. I can draw you almost blueprint quality images of an airplane or a car, but drawing something like a flower or an animal completely eludes me. When I played trumpet I could play an almost technically perfect rendition of almost any piece of music you set in front of me, but ask me to perform jazz and I was lost.

So there you have it, my life in a couple short paragraphs. LOL
